 Do quantity price breaks apply to multiple images in the same run?

The quantity breaks listed on the custom printing product pages apply to orders that are getting the same image on all pieces in that run. For example, if you order 24 pieces of a 16x20 print the quantity discount applies when you are ordering 24 of the same print. Separate images should be ordered separately in your cart. Feel free to send a message through the Contact Page before placing your order if you have questions on this.

How long does it take to receive my order from Searcher Press?

Custom Printed orders list the estimated production time on each product page. The production schedule of your order will begin after we receive approval on your proof. Shipping transit times vary based on where you are located and the shipping transit that you choose. All custom prints ship out of Oceanside, CA.

Does Searcher Press offer custom size prints beyond the listed products?

Yes! You can absolutely order custom sized prints. Send a message through the Contact Page and we'll get you a quote before ordering.

How do I send my files along with my order?

You can send files via WeTransfer.com or any other file sharing service like Dropbox or Google Drive. Instructions are included in your order confirmation email that's sent to you after your order has been placed.

How do I get free shipping?

We have promotions for free shipping from time to time. This information is normally listed in the product description but the free shipping will normally include the economy rate for orders shipping within the United States. Free shipping does not apply if you need to modify the shipping transit, drop-ship or blind ship your order or orders shipping outside of the United States.

Can Searcher Press frame my custom prints?

At this point we normally do not offer framing for orders that are shipped out.  If you require framing for your print and are located in Southern California it's possible to make arrangements at an additional cost. Send a message through the Contact Page for more information on this.

Can I request a sample or sample pack to see the stocks?

We prefer to send you samples using your own artwork so the best way to see the quality of our finished products is to order a one-off print through the product pages. If you're hesitant to order before getting more information about the stock options please send a message through the Contact Page and we'll work with you to make sure you're comfortable before proceeding.

Can Searcher Press help with file layout, adjustments and sizing?

If you require file layout work there is a $60 per hour rate that will need to be paid ahead of time before the work is done. There is a minimum of 1 hour for this service and an estimate will be provided ahead of time. Most file prep work can be completed in 1 to 2 hours for single pieces of imagery. Send a message through the Contact Page for more information on this service before placing your print order.

Can Searcher Press digitize my physical artwork to have it printed?

Digitizing services are available for small to large original works of art. The most common types of artwork that come through for digitizing are paintings and drawings. There is a minimum charge of $60 for any digitizing project. Send a message through the Contact Page to start the estimatino process. Please include the type of artwork, size and quantity. You don't need to get prints made as digitization is a standalone service.

What are the Searcher Press business days?

Searcher Press operates Monday thru Friday. We do not operate on the weekends so please expect a reply by Monday if you submit a question on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Can I stop by to place an order, pickup an order or tour the Searcher Press facility?

Pickups, drop offs or any other in-person visit are by appointment only. Send a message through the Contact Page for more information scheduling your appointment.

Does Searcher Press offer Net terms if I am a repeat client?

At this time Searcher Press does not offer Net terms. Full payment is taken up front before any work can be done.

What happens if I'm not happy with how my order turns out from Searcher Press?

Custom printing can be complex and sometimes details get lost in the shuffle on both ends that result in the finished product turning out differently than you expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please send a message through the Contact Page within 48 hours of receiving it and we can work to resolve the issue.

What if I can't find my answer on this F.A.Q. page?

Send a message through the Contact Page and you will normally receive a reply same day. We work to get back to your questions less than 1 business day.
