Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do quantity price breaks apply to multiple images in the same run?
The quantity breaks listed on the custom printing product pages apply only to orders using the same image on all pieces in that run.
For example, if you order 24 pieces of a 16×20 print, the quantity discount applies when all 24 are identical. Separate images should be added as separate items in your cart.
If you’re unsure, feel free to send a message through the Contact Page before placing your order.
How long does it take to receive my order from Searcher Press?
Each product page lists the estimated production time for custom printed orders.
Production begins once we receive approval on your proof. Shipping times vary by your location and the shipping method you select. All custom prints ship from Ocala, FL.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Does Searcher Press offer custom sizes beyond the listed products?
Yes! You can absolutely order custom-sized prints. Send a message and we’ll provide a quote before you order.
How do I send my files with my order?
You can send files via Swiss Transfer, or through any file-sharing service such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
Instructions are included in your order confirmation email once your order is placed.
How do I get free shipping?
We occasionally run free shipping promotions. These are typically listed in the product description and usually apply to economy shipping within the United States.
Free shipping does not apply if you upgrade shipping, request drop shipping or blind shipping, or ship outside the U.S.
Can Searcher Press frame my custom prints?
Currently, we do not offer framing for shipped orders. If you are located in Central Florida, framing arrangements may be possible for an additional cost.
Please contact us for more information.
Can I request a sample or sample pack to see the paper stocks?
We prefer to send samples using your own artwork so you can see the true quality of our prints. The best way is to order a one-off print through the product pages.
If you’d like more details about stock options before ordering, send us a message and we’ll help ensure you’re comfortable before proceeding.
Can Searcher Press help with file layout, adjustments, or sizing?
Yes. File layout/adjustment work is billed at $60 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. An estimate will be provided in advance. Most single-image prep work takes 1–2 hours.
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your project.
Exception: Adding an unprinted border to a single image can be done at no charge. For multiple images needing borders, contact us to confirm whether additional fees apply. We recommend a minimum border width of one inch, as most prints are hand-trimmed.
Can Searcher Press digitize my physical artwork for printing?
Yes! We offer digitizing services for original artwork, including paintings and drawings. There is a $60 minimum charge for any digitizing project.
Please contact us with your artwork type, size, and quantity to start the estimate. Digitization is available as a standalone service—you don’t need to order prints.
What are Searcher Press business days?
Searcher Press operates Monday through Friday. We do not operate on weekends.
If you submit a message on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, expect a reply by Monday.
Can I stop by to place an order, pick up an order, or tour the facility?
